Margaret joined the firm in March 2025 as a Consultant Solicitor specialising in leasehold enfranchisement. Margaret has extensive expertise in landlord and tenant matters with decades of experience handling both straightforward and complex property transactions. She is especially skilled in handling statutory and non-statutory lease extensions and freehold acquisitions and disposals.
Margaret acts for freeholders, co-freeholders and leaseholders which gives her a comprehensive understanding of the different perspectives and thus enables her to provide tailored and effective assistance to each client. Margaret qualified abroad in 1991 and practised as a barrister and solicitor until she relocated to UK and re-qualified as a solicitor in 1997. She has dealt with residential and commercial conveyancing since then.
