With experience acting on development projects and advising on real estate finance matters, particularly bridging transactions, Hoshvan brings a commercially astute and solutions-focused approach to every instruction.

In addition to transactional work, Hoshvan has advised on planning-related aspects of property deals, including infrastructure agreements and associated development considerations.
